Integrity

• Be truthful in all product descriptions, impact claims, and communications
• Do not make misleading or unsubstantiated environmental claims
• Accurately represent material sourcing and production methods

Environmental Responsibility

• Prioritize waste diversion, upcycling, and sustainable practices
• Minimize packaging waste and use eco-friendly shipping materials
• Report accurate impact metrics (waste diverted, communities served, etc.)

Community & Respect

• Treat all customers, team members, and fellow partners with respect
• Engage fairly in the marketplace without disparaging other partners
• Support the communities you serve

Compliance

• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain required licenses and certifications
• Cooperate with platform audits and re-verification processes

Enforcement

Violations are addressed through a progressive enforcement ladder: warning, temporary pause, and removal. Serious violations may result in immediate removal.
