This Partner Agreement governs your participation as a Verified Partner on the World Wide Waste platform.

Partner Obligations

• Maintain accurate product listings with truthful descriptions and impact claims
• Fulfill orders within stated shipping timelines
• Provide tracking information for all shipped orders
• Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours
• Maintain valid organizational status and comply with all applicable laws

Platform Fees

World Wide Waste retains a percentage of each donation as specified in your partner onboarding (default: 10% for platform operations). The remaining percentage goes directly to your initiative.

Product Standards

• All products must be safe and comply with applicable regulations
• Materials sourcing must be accurately represented
• Impact claims must be verifiable
• Product photos must be accurate representations

Verification & Monitoring

Partners are subject to annual re-verification and random compliance audits. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding orders must be fulfilled regardless of termination.
